RV Generator Starts Then Dies
Why RV generators start normally but shut down shortly after running.
Low Oil Sensor
Generators protect themselves. If oil is low, or if you are parked on a steep hill causing the sensor to read low, it will shut down.
Overheating
Debris blocking the air intake underneath can cause rapid overheating and shutdown. Check for plastic bags or leaves stuck to the underside.
