RV Lights Flickering
Why RV lights may flicker or dim and what that tells you about the electrical system.
Loose Ground
A loose chassis ground connection can cause voltage to fluctuate, making lights flicker. Tighten the main negative cable where it bolts to the frame.
Converter Filtering
If lights flicker only when plugged into shore power, the converter's internal filtering capacitors may be failing, allowing 'dirty' DC power to reach the lights.
